Jeffrey Hobgood has over a decade of real estate experience exclusive to the Southern California market. He joined Sotheby's International Realty in 2001 and specializes in single-family residences, condominiums and residential income properties throughout Los Angeles including Beverly Hills, The Sunset Strip, Hollywood Hills, West Hollywood and Los Feliz areas.

Having made record sales prices on listings in the Sunset Strip and West Hollywood including sales of his listings in the full service high rise buildings, Empire West and Doheny Plaza, and being involved with some of the highest sales to date in the Los Feliz area, Jeff knows how to use marketing to hit just the right demographic Buyer for each property he represents. A native and lifelong resident of Los Angeles, Jeff earned his bachelor’s degree from UCLA with course concentrations in area history and architecture which have proven a decided benefit to his clients. (For you Trojans, he planned on going to graduate school at USC).
